Home remedies: You most likely have developed a viral infection post-operatively.  The viral infection should have little effect on the final result of the septoplastly.  The healing process may take a little longer.  Fluids, vitamin c and time are all that is necessary.  The surgeon might want to take the pack (splints) a little early. Ask your surgeon.

In general are your feet cold before surgery?If not you should discuss with surgeon.Noral cap return would indicate your circulation is likely fine but it is plausible the cast is tight with pressure on nerve and that's why toes are cold. Yu could try rubbing in a cream with l-arginine and see if that changes anything, .

Need more info: This strongly suggests that you should call and discuss this with the surgeon who performed whatever procedure you have had.  Since you are already on antibiotics this clearly needs assessment by physical exam and perhaps labs and imaging studies. Call the doctor now.

Retinal detachment: Once you have surgery for retinal detachment it is hard for another detachment to occur secondary to a severe cough.

Infection postop: It sounds as if the infection is still active and may be getting worse. You must go back and see the surgeon and request that if there is any question that they contact an internist or infectious diseases expert for further assessment. Good luck.

If able to tolerate liquids, hold your diet to that  of  now.
If no bowel movements let your doctor know right away.

Septoplasty: So the answer is everyone is different after surgery. I hope you have sleeping with your head elevated or in a recliner to help reduce some swelling. Taking pain medicine on an empty stomach or just pain medicine in general make give symptoms similar to this. You also need to be drinking and eating normally. That bein said give you a doc a call if anything like this persists.
