PSeudoephedrine: Pseudoephedrine does not interfere with 
coumadin (warfarin).  Also, check with your pharmacist he or she can check any meds for reactions with coumadin (warfarin).

Some to avoid: Claritin loratiadine), Allegra (fexofenadine), vist;ril, Atarax (hyrdroxyzine pamoate) has some benefit with zoloft (sertraline) ; strattera; tesalon perels are safe, dextromethorpah, and guaifensin (robitussin) are safe.  
Avoid: chorpheniramin, ephedrine, Pseudoephedrine ; dexchorpheniramine--can cause rapid heart and hypertension!

Unprotected?: If you are having unprotected sexual intercourse, you might be pregnant. Any medication can causes menstrual irregularities: time for definitive BC and the use of CONDOMS, SPERMICIDAL FOAM, JELLY, SPONGE OR VAGINAL SUPPOSITORIES. DO A HOME PREGNANCY TEST AND CONSULT YOUR GYN.

Regroup: Sounds like maybe you're on the wrong track. Go back to your Family Doctor and have him/her review labs, tests etc.  Perhaps the problem is autoimmune and a rheumatology consult will help. Perhaps an infection like Lyme disease.   The answer is somewhere so just keep searching!

See your doc: No one antibiotic  kills all germs  Azithromycin did not work, and so since your are till sick, get checked again.If it is a bacteria; infection causing your symptoms, changing the antibiotic, if it's indicated after an  in-person exam, may help. So get seen today .

: Many common meds can cause a false positive for Opiates. these include: Dextromethorphan (cough syrup), Diphenhydramine (benadryl), Doxylamine (sleep aids), Tramadol (Ultram- pain reliever), Quietapine (seroquel- antidepressant), Levofloxacin/Ofloxacin (antibiotics). You should notify the testing agency if you have recently taken these meds.

Decongestants and antihistamines include Claritin-D, Zyrtec-D, Benadryl, etc...

FLU: If you have the Flu hydrate well w water, herbal teas, soup or juice. Drink sufficiently to have pale to light yellow urine. You can use pain relievers like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAID’s. Rest A LOT! In some situations antiviral medications (Tamiflu, Relenza, Flumadine) may be prescribed within the first couple of days of symptoms to hasten healing or they can be used after flu exposure to prevent illness.
