i have copd and am prone to bronchitis. for most symptoms. for the rash on scalp, lower back, knees, yellow spots on toenails.... could this be psoriasis? i have a family history of it and don't know the best course of action. my scalp is the worst.

Rash: I think the rash would dissipate when your ringworm is treated. Often a infection or irritation in one area of the body will stimulate you to have a rash elsewhere. Get the ringworm treated and the rash should resolve.

Possibilities include eczema (if it itches), ringworm (if it doesn't), an allergic response to something you came in contact with, and many other less common things. A dermatologist can give you a precise diagnosis after directly examining the rash.
