No chance.: The digestive tract, fortunately, does not connect at all with the reproductive tract.

Hypothetically, a female could perform fallatio, kiss her partner, then have him perform cunilingus, then theoretically transfer viable sperm to the reproductive tract. By that method, pregnancy would not be outside the realm of possibility.

Safe: Soy proteins in moderation have no effect on fertility and are a good source of vegetable protein.

Accepted Answer

No and No: Under normal circumstances only healthy, viable and motile sperms which are capable of entering a woman's cervix-uterus and tubes will fertilize an egg. It is very highly unlikely that "conception through incidentally touching sperm" would occur or has ever been reported.

Hard to answer: Probably best ans is at least 1 cc of semen having at least 10-15 million active sperm.  We know it takes about 40 sperm working on the egg trying to penetrate the wall of the egg for one ...or occasionally 2 or 3 to get in and fertilize.  Yes the semen needs to be there on or about the time of ovulation.  Now,  the more semen and the more sperm the better.

Yes: Cocaine use has been found to lower sperm counts, reduce the sperms' motility and increase the number of abnormal sperm. Using Cocaine just before conceiving has also been linked to birth defects in children. Marijuana, cigarette smoking and alcohol can also negatively affect your fertility.

Predicting birth: relies on the date of conception (or the last menstrual period).  Since sperm can enter the body and not result in a pregnancy, this is not a reliable event to use.

Age of the donor?: The biggest factor is the age of the donor. Using an anonymous or known egg donor under 30, with normal ovarian reserve screening, the success rate should be 75-80% or higher with transfer of two blastocysts, and lower with a single embryo transfer. If the donor is older then success rates fall. By et with 3, if you're referring to 3 embryos, this is unusual, unless a known donor is 38+.

Penetration of egg: The sperm has  to penetrate the egg  or order to begin the potential conception. The  sperm have viability of about 1 hour in the vagina and up to 3-4 days once penetrating through the cervix.

Meanwhile, it's advisable for you to be evaluated so to make sure you're sound and well in function and tubal patency, and concentrate sex around ovulation...
