Deep cut-: Do you need sutures? Saline or water would be better choice then pouring alcohol into a wound. When was your last tetanus shot?

Depends on cut: If the lesion is just a cut, topical antibiotic ointment such as Bacitracin or polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) will be fine.  If not sign of infection, consider a+d ointment.  If the "cut" is a genital sore, you will need evaluation by a healthcare provider for proper treatment and education. Either way, protected intercourse is always recommended, especially while your cut heals.

Won't help: Petroleum jelly won't help cuts heal and will not effectively prevent infection. Better for them to be exposed to air, and petroleum jelly blocks it.

: ideally if you cut it off just now and you have the part you could take the part and go to an emergency room and have it reattached - That should only be done if the part is large enough to affect the function of the finger. If you just have just a superficial cut of the finger. wash with warm water with some peroxide added - few ounces and then apply antibiotic ointment and cover with bandage.

If it's a bag: OK for food and not used for other industrial products.  Plastic is fine as long as the food isn't incredibly hot when placed in the bag.  Though if you are really worried about plastic, try to find some Pyrex glass containers with glass lids.

: Keep the area clean and dry; they should heal in a few days. If not, and especially if you see pimple-like areas, you may have folliculitis. In that case, see a doctor; an antibiotic may be necessary. Try to learn to shave in a way that doesn't cause injury.

Probably unnecessary: If the cuts are clean and were produced by a non-contaminated object, then you probably need to just keep them clean and observe them to see if infection occurs.  The neosporin will probably not matter for most cuts and scrapes.

Depends: The need to close a laceration depends on the size, depth, and location of the cut. The purpose of sutures (stitches), staples,  or glue is to pull the edges of the cut together to allow it to heal with less risk of scarring and infection. A type of medical 'super glue' can be used on cuts in areas such as the scalp and in areas that don't get a lot of pulling.

Lidocaine jelly: Local Lidocaine jelly helps with the pain of minor scrapes and cuts, calendula ointment helps with healing. Any cut beneath the skin level, any infection (redness, swelling, worsening pain, purulence or drainage) need to see your doctor right away.  Unusual for people to cut themselves a lot, may need some workup to find out why this is happening to you.
