Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, if you are concerned about HIV infection, get a HIV nucleic acid test and if the result is negative re do the test in 6 months.

: Most likely yes. But if positive it should be confirmed with Per  FDA :A specimen with a final result of reactive should be investigated further with supplemental confirmatory HIV-specific tests, such as immunoblots, antigen tests, and HIV nucleic acid

i have done the cmia test at 32 days and 53 days, am i 100% free from hiv? i'm still worried?

: A negative result at 53 days indicates that you are free of HIV. However, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.

Depends: In a small proportion of people the positive response may be delayed. You are unlikely to be infected, however to make sure, get a HIV nucleic acid test about 6 months after the exposure.

: CMIA is an antigen-antibody test, i.e. it detects both p24 antigen and HIV antibody. In other words, it is a "4th generation" or "combo" test. A negative result conclusively rules out HIV when done at least 6 weeks after exposure.

100%: The combo (antibody-antigen) HIV tests are 100% conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. You definitely do not have HIV and don't need any further tests.
