how can i get rid of cluster of acne on cheek?

Acne: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day &amp; use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider OTC products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide).  Retinoids/ comedone extractor can be helpful for black heads. If &gt; mild acne see dermatology.

for over a year now my forehead and right cheek has clusters of acne some big some small. what is the cause and how to get rid of them?

Acne: There are many causes of acne--oil, cleansing, hormones, etc. There are so many great prescription treatments for acne now--both topical and oral.  Much of the otc cleansers, washes, masks, toners and lotions don't do much.  Go see your doctor to get a regimen tailored to the type of pimples you have.

Acne: May be something other than acne, but then we can get acne at any age just less likely outside our teens.

Depends: White scar-like lesions around the genitals & anus could represent any number of skin conditions... Molluscum contagiosum, condyloma latum (syphilis), and herpes are examples of some contagious conditions while other conditions (like lichen sclerosus) can be progressively disfiguring. It is important to have you partner checked out by a physician like a dermatologist to rule out concerning causes.

is acne keloidalis dangerous or serious? the bumps on back of neck aren't huge, just clusters of small, painless bumps. had same amount for 2+yrs.

Not dangerous: Avoid shaving there. A dermatologist will help you. There are a variety of treatments, oral, topical, injections.

Exam/derm: cannot be diagnosed without a photo or direct visualization. Make an appointment with your PCP or dermatologist.

See your PCP: Whereas MFP is a disorder involving regional muscles, FM is a generalized systemic condition that is characterized by widespread aching or pain throughout the body, notably in the weight bearing muscles. It has nothing to do with your skin rush. See your PCP for evaluation and blood work.

So....don't use it: Any person can have an individual intolerance/reaction to chemicals within these products. They may do fine for others but every time you try a new product you should test it. A small amount on the pad of a Bandaid applied to an out of way site can test how you react to it. You may want to read the ingredients to tract down what you cannot tolerate.

why do i get recurrent blisters (clear, not around mucous membranes) on top of my nose that are on/off for 7+ days, not acne or clustered.?

Viral infection: Most likely this represents a herpes virus infection.  You will need to see your primary care doctor to make sure there is nothing else wrong with your immune system.  If the lesions occur often then your make need to be placed on antiviral medications daily.

dr. rx'd clindoxyl but i think i have impetigo- can it work? small clusters of tiny red bumps around my mouth & chin for 3 months. never had acne...

Clindoxyl: The clindoxyl should work against impetigo as well as acne, because of the clindamycin.
