i had contact at work with someone who tested positive for clovis-19 today, the contact was on friday, we were both wearing mask, i dont have any symptoms but had severe headache on monday, do i have to worry?

More questions.: Glad you were both wearing masks.How close was the contact? Less than 6 feet apart? Person appear ill at the time? Outdoors or in a poorly ventilated, crowded tight space? Less than ten minutes? Even if you have the “right” answers to these questions, if someone who is infected coughs or sneezes right at you, you can become infected. Would quarantine. Being tested is the only way to know for sure

Outside Medical Norm: There is no difference to a doctor whether the garlic is raw or not. We would be neutral on this point.

dec 9th was the last day i had ewcm.and dec 6th got a close positive on opk but ran out so i didn't retest.so is it possible i ovulated on the 9th?

Possible: If you are planning a pregnancy, make sure you are taking prenatal vitamins.  Also, i see that you have listed misprostol as a medication. You should not be taking that if you are trying to get pregnant.  See your doctor to discuss what is safe in pregnancy.  Also, a baby costs a lot more than an opk, so if money is tight, consider contraception for now.
