B vits can make it: more yellow but usually not cloudy. If you have a cold or urinary tract infection, it may be cloudy. But, if you hydrate well, the urine should be clear even with taking multivitamins (MVI).

: Most likely normal bladder cells that are shed everyday.   Catch the last few drops and take to Dt to look at under microscope. But most Drs don't look at the urine this way anymore.  Takes too much time.

Get checked out: Foamy urine can be a sign of protein in your urine.  This happens in a a number of diseases that can affect the kidneys,  for example high blood pressure, or diabetes.  Frequent urination, especially after sugary foods am can also suggest diabetes.    Simple blood work and a urine test can sort this out.  See your doctor.

Infection: infection or UTI tops the list of differentials with those numbers. So first and foremost treat the infection. Make sure you send urine for culture prior to putting yourself in any antibiotics. After ten day vourse of antibiotics, repeat the urine test.,

: You don't mention the urinalysis result for white blood cells (or leukocyte esterase). If that result is high, a UTI is quite likely. If not, it's uncertain. UTIs without symptoms are quite common in older women-- regardless of your other urinalysis results, keep working with your doctor on this. If in doubt, she probably will request a urine culture to look for UTI bacteria. Good luck.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the leukocyte count is higher, than normal and may suggest infection.
