Normal: That is perfectly normal. Most people are not dilated at 37 weeks. You also expect the babies head to be down and not the breech position.

Re do test: If you had sex since your last period, it would be prudent to repeat the test in 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Not yet: If a woman has regular 35-day cycles, and is now in mid-cycle, she should be ovulating within a few days, and therefore not pregnant yet. If she becomes pregnant, she will not feel any symptoms caused by the pregnancy until she is at the predicted end of this cycle. However, she may feel symptoms SIMILAR to symptoms of early pregnancy, because such symptoms are also seen in non-pregnant women.

Do a pregnancy test: Not necessarily.  These symptoms are non-specific and don't mean you are (or are-not) pregnant.  If you want to know, wait until you miss a period and do a pregnancy test.   That is the best way to know.  Best wishes!

Yes: That means your cervix is open about 0.5 cm . If you are having contractions and are full term you can be in early labor.If  its not your first pregnancy or had kids vaginally then dilatationof cervix can be a normal finding even in early pregnancy.
