Friable?: I'm going to make a guess here: you mean "friable' not 'pliable.' Friable is a plain English word that means the cervix might bleed more easily than usual, such as during a vaginal exam, this is nearly universal in pregnancy. Pliable is like flexible, that is not used to describe a woman's cervix.
