Facial rash: Facial rash - some form of dermatitis. It may need antifungal, steroid or antibiotic treatment . Your best bet is have it examined by a Dermatologist and get the appropriate treatment

No crush treatment: thank u for your question.  It would be nice to see a picture, but these black spots could be increase pigment as result of betnovate or healing tissues. There are many options yet.  Stop using betnovate and see dermatologist.  There are pills and creams that could help with further pimples.  Do not crush them yourselves.

No magic creams, but: Many people use over-the-counter moisturizers that contain sunscreen. Avoiding exposure to the sun will let skin lighten up. Sunshine has uv rays that cause skin aging, spots, and damage with prolonged exposure. However, one should take extra vitamin d to make up for not getting vitamin d from the sun. Exercise is still important, so one can exercise indoors or when the sun is lower in the sky.

Dermatology: Please stop wasting your money on three different creams that aren't working. See a dermatologist and follow their  recommendations for elimination of the marks. May be laser, dermabrasion, a chemical peel, other options - but all options need to be done under care and supervision of good dermatologist.

Benzamycin cream : You can try 3% Benzamycin cream (erythromycin and benzyl peroxide topical) twice daily for 2 months as a potential therapy.

Cratered acne: Ice-pick scars from acne require deep skin treatment as provided by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Laser treatment may help. There are no topical creams or ablatives that will help.

You need dermatologi: With scarring of the skin and redness again , before the skin is damaged too much you need to ee a dermatologist. Don't use any bleaching creams anymore as your skin right now is sensitive and probably inflamed.

She needs evaluation: I’m sure you are concerned about her health and I agree with you. It sounds like she has a soft tissue infection (cellulitis) for which she needs antibiotics ASAP, possibly IV antibiotics. Take her to the nearest emergency room. Even during this time, ER physicians are treating all kinds of conditions besides covid 19. They will be able to care for her safely.
