Dry: Need a better moisturizer and cleansing fave bid. Need to let your doctor know of the changes.

Maybe: Many of these treatments have a drying effect, which is different for each individual. Sometimes this improves over time or with moisturizers, sometimes using the treatment every other day will help. Over time you should be able to find a workable pattern of use.

Gentle cleanser: Wash with a gentle cleanser and warm water. Avoid scrubbing your face and using hot water, which irritates your skin more. Other meds like Adapalene or antibiotic gel/solution may be more friendly to your skin. Try warm compresses or steaming your face, then using blackhead extractor/strips for removing big blackheads. Good luck.

Acne: Acne occurs when the pores on your skin become blocked with oil, dead skin, or bacteria.  Acne can be inheritable and often if your parents had acne when they were your age, you may be more prone to get acne as well.  Some people produce more oil then others, etc. Drying soaps and "Acne washes" can help.  Sometimes low-dose antibiotics can be Rx'd by your doctor, creams, etc.  See your Doctor.

Efficacy varies: per patient. Clindamycin, flagyl, erythromycin. Tretinoin would probably be a good idea too.

Heat rash: This could be due sweating but in an adult one possibility is pityrisporum folliculitis.  Try a wash with sal acid if this does not help try otc lotrimen cream.
