Possibly: Thie cream you are used to is a combo of a strong steroid ( anti inflammatory) and anti biotic. Cloderm is only a steroid. However Cloderm can be used fairly liberally, moreso than fusicort.

: sounds like a contact allergic dermatitis. If so, one of the materials in your bra or a detergent you use or a deodorant your use could be the problem. Suggest you see your dermatologist if no improvement after stopping the above items. Continue the zyrtec and possibly add a more potent steroid cream instead of the cloderm. Sometimes aveeno oatmeal baths are helpful along with unscented soap.

Not Exactly: What is passed genetically from parent to child is the propensity to develop atopy (such as eczema, asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies) but usually not sensitization to specific allergens which the parent is allergic to.  The exception, which is a controversial topic, is drug allergies, but this is usually dependent on metabolism of the drug which is inherited rather than the allergy.

Sometimes: But not all the time. Nasal allergies are not a frequent cause of a really bad persistent cough. In a child with allergies and a really bad cough (assuming no fever) I would be concerned about a reactive airway/asthma type condition. If the child also had eczema I would be even more concerned.

No: The condition of being allergic is certainly an inherited property.  Often, that tendancy is greater in children whose biological mother has allergies.  However, specific allergy is generally not thought to be inherited.  That is, a parent can be allergic to food, and their children allergic to pollen or insect stings.
