Doctor can evaluate: Sticky discharges can come out of many places on the human body. If a person thinks a new sticky discharge is related to some sort of sexual activity with a new or renewed sexual partner, he can visit his primary care doctor and describe his symptoms and activities to his doctor. The doctor can then do the appropriate testing to see if there is an infectious cause for the sticky discharge.

Infection: This type of vaginal discharge could indicate infections. I recommend visiting your ob/gyn or family physician to receive vaginal and cervical cultures for infection. Vaginal infections are easily treated, but if left untreated could lead to pelvic inflammatory disease (pid).  At it's extreme, untreated pid can lead to increased risk for pelvic abcess, tubal pregnancy, and infertiltiy.

Not HPV: HPV does not cause such symptoms. HPV never causes any symptoms at all except skin growths (warts, etc). Warts do not usually appear as "black spots". Urethral discharge is mostly due to other STDs, but occurs at other times, not only after urination. You might have a prostate gland infections. The spots and the discharge probably are two separate problems. See urologist or STD specialist.
