Discharge: Vaginal discharge can be due to infection, irrigation, hormone changes, etc. Brown discharge can be infection or light vaginal spotting that has turned brown. If you have gone through menopause, I would get evaluated ASAP by your GYN. Bleeding is never normal after menopause.

Cervical Mucous: Cervical mucous increases dramatically in pregnancy. Please see your doctor too and get STD check as well. It  is a usual test for pregnancy and if positive, easy to treat and prevent infection from affecting the pregnancy. Otherwise you can relax, clear snotty mucous is healthy and protective.

Sounds pretty normal: This is common to simple nasal irritation from dusts or allergens. Nose picking will often  result in damage to the tiny capillaries in the nasal membranes. Your doc can confirm or exclude these suspicions.

It depends: We can not guess about your discharge without an exam.Vaginal discharge will change throughout the menstrual cycle and can be a normal aspect of the hormonal changes.  On the other hand, vaginal odor can be a sign of bacterial vaginosis. Vaginal itching can be a sign of a yeast infection. Sometimes vaginal discharge can be a sign of a sexual transmitted infection. It is a good idea to get checked.

Normal: It sounds like your discharge is normal.  Tender breasts could be a sign that your period is around the corner and going to happen soon.  If pregnancy test is negative, you can repeat in 5-7 days, but most likely scenario is that you'll probably also get your period in the next 5-7 days.  If no period the, consider seeing a doctor (gynecologist) for assessment. Best of luck!

Runningnose: Use a bulb syringe to suck up the mucus. Use saline nose drops to spray in the children's nostrils several times a day . K eep your vaporizer going.
