Discharge: Vaginal discharge can be due to infection, irrigation, hormone changes, etc. Brown discharge can be infection or light vaginal spotting that has turned brown. If you have gone through menopause, I would get evaluated ASAP by your GYN. Bleeding is never normal after menopause.
