Question unclear but: Such symptoms may possibly be due to achalasia, stomach reflux, cancer, etc... One can see her primary care doctor, who may refer to a gastroenterology doctor. Achalasia is when the lower end of the esophagus is too tight, and swallowed liquids and foods have a hard time getting into the stomach, and thus remain in the esophagus and flow back into the throat when a person lies down or bends over.

: If it comes back and fills again with liquid it is a clear sign of Herpatic lesion which has the character of forming blister and usually is on lips but you are saying it is inside of mouth .Make sure ,it did not appear after oral sex ,if so ,you should see your MD to rule out Pappilomatus virus infection from your partner and she should have Pap smear test for the Virus .

Unusual but: if Motrin is related to this phenomenon, you will have to decide whether this is worth it.  I wonder if you have similar reactions with other NSAIDs or not. It's worth trying.

Viral: That type of blister is very common and usually will resolve on jt's own.  It will eventually rupture, and become more painful, then resolve.  Good oral hygiene and avoidance of oral contact with others is best at this point.
