sept/turb/clean 2.5 weeks ago. feel feverish but no fever. lots of gunk coming out red/yell/green but mostly red.  very tired easily.  now starting clear post nasal drip is this something concerning?

Check with your doc: Intranasal steroids are the usual treatment. But check with your doc to be safe. Over the counter "ocean spray" can also be very helpful.

Viral URI: Sounds like a viral upper respiratory tract infection.  You may have some ill contacts with similar symptoms.  Body aches pretty characteristic of virus and not of allergy.

Not: Believe I might have answered this question before. Your problem is more likely an allergic one than an infection.  If the mucosal edema is &gt;6 mm, the probability of a sinus infection is higher. Treat the allergy and the problem will likely improve.
