severe nasal mucus and congestion. caught cold and even after its gone, still have a lot of mucus discharge and congested nose. any permanent cures?

Neti pots can: reduce nasal congestion. Mix ¼ tsp salt w 1 cup distilled lukewarm water. More salt can also be used. Place solution in neti pot. Tilt head &amp; pour solution into 1 nostril. Blow nose lightly &amp; spit out any liquid that drains into throat. Repeat on other side. This can be done in the evening before you go to bed &amp; again in a.m.  Not a permanent cure but can help.

i have clear, stringy, sticky discharge from vagina with some white in it but mostly clear. when i wipe it seems kind of like nose mucus.is thisnormal?

Viral Infection: This is most likely from an infection that your daughter has.  Pimples can appear as a result of an infection and can spread to involve other areas of the body.  Once the infection clears, the accompanying rash usually resolves.  If her symptoms get worse, make sure she sees her pediatrician.

Some is normal: Some whitish mucus discharge is normal during the menstrual cycle, but green discharge is not.  Should be checked for infection.

May be normal: A clear mucus may be normal for you.  Normal mucus is frequently compared to egg whites.  Some women make more than others and these variations are normal.   If there is a lot of it and it is bothersome to you, get it checked out to be sure.  

If it itches, has a odor, looks like cottage cheese or is foamy, it is more likely to be abnormal.

You need an exam: Cultures and an ultrasound as it could be from an infection or endometriosis or something inside the endometrium liek a polyp, etc., so please see your gyn for a proper workup.
