Nail polish: Nail fungus is difficult to eradicate. It may take months depending on its severity. I don't think clear nail polish will do much. See a dermatologist for help

Hard to say: You have not provided enough information about what your problem is to comment.Treatment for ringworm will not cure something that is not ringworm. Skin issues often require a direct exam to understand &amp; form a treatment plan. If the problem bothers you, have the problem evaluated.

: Not only you, most people touch their heads and other parts of the body all the time. However, that activity does not often cause ring worm on your scalp if you have ring worm on other parts of your body. Take care.

Not necessarily : Ringworm on the skin (opposed to nail or hair involvement) is generally easier to clear with topical or oral medications. Sometimes ringworm can develop pustules that look like acne buy more typically is in a ring pattern with scaled and elevated borders.

Rash: its very hard or almost impossible to determine causes of rash without seeing it. If it's truly fungal rash, like ringworm, then you would need an antifungal cream, not antibacterial. I strongly advise you to see a dermatologist.

i have rashes on my lower back, shoulders, abs and inside of my thighs , also ring worm on hand, what does this mean?(the rashes aren't visable)

Rash: I think the rash would dissipate when your ringworm is treated. Often a infection or irritation in one area of the body will stimulate you to have a rash elsewhere. Get the ringworm treated and the rash should resolve.

the ring worm on my hand seems to not go away. but if the ring worm is gone could it be eczema that took its place.it itches like crazy. & with heat?

Possibly: It could even have been eczema from the beginning; sometimes they're hard to tell apart. Make sure you're using hypoallergenic skin cleansers and lotions, and if you've already used a fungal cream 3 times daily for 2 weeks without improvement, stop that and start Hydrocortisone 1% ointment 2 times daily. If not improving after a few days, please see your doctor soon.

Dermatophyte: 2 feet + 1 hand is typical of dermatophyte infection. Maceration of web skin between toes. Scaling of skin along entire soles of feet, often discolored toenails, scaly skin on 1 palm often with discolored nails on 1 hand. This is a fungus. Castellani solution is very useful. Azole creams are helpful [clotrimazole, miconazole, ketoconazole.] Terbinafine is very effective as  cream, excellent orally

Lotrimin (clotrimazole) is used: for 7 days, generally. The ringworm (fungal infection) should be cleared by then, but often by less time by that. (sometimes by 3 - 5 days).
