Not necessarily: It depends on the stimulant and other factors like age and condition of kidneys  Having the mucous probably is not a sign of major damage but it is wise to always drink a lot of fluids and minimize the use of stimulants   Please drink sufficient water in order to prevent damage in the future

Contamination: Urine contamination could be the explanation of the urine analysis described. Advised to repeat urine test- with a clean catch technique . Also recommend to get well hydrated, drink more water/fluids. Dehdyration is the most common cause of dark urine color- due to concentrated urine.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
