S/p hysterectomy: it depends what was the reason and extent of the hysterectomy. If the cervix was left in there can be discharge, even without  a cervix there cane be discharge from residual estrogen conversion peripherally , more so if the partner is full figured. If the hysterectomy  was for cancer insure thers/pe is no residual  or recurrent issues. Lastly ask if any jellies or creams were used for lubrication.

Normal fluids: A non-odorous or itching vaginal discharge is usually normal and comes from cervical glands and the vagina at certain times of the month. Sexual excitement will also produce that type of discharge.

Clear discharge: A clear discharge can be related to ovulatory mucus production, but also could be a variety of "yeast" overgrowth.  Ovulatory clear mucus occurs around day 12-15 of a regular non-birth control pill cycle. If this is persistent beyond that time frame, consult your provider for an exam.

Probably mucous: Depending on where you are with your menstrual cycle, you most likely have had some mucous discharge and it is clumped or jelly like.  If you are virginal, have no health issues, have not placed anything in the vagina and have no other issues, this sounds totally benign and of minimal to any concern.  Observe.  If a problem develops, see your pcp or gyn.  You are probably mid cycle on you period.

Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone): Gives protection for 12-13 weeks after your injection. It stays in the body for up to 12 months but not at concentrations high enough to give birth control. You may be fertile before you have a period after stopping Depo. Its possible that the change in discharge is ovulation. Get tested to be sure.

Exam: This is probably related to some thinning of your cervix (which can be normal) and extrusion of some of the cervical mucous.  This is probably of low concern, but because of your pregnancy, you really should call your OB provider and schedule a visit for an exam of your cervix.
