Dyshidrosis: Avoid exposure to irritants like chemicals. Wash hands and feet thoroughly and dry. Use hand cream or petroleum jelly. Wear absorbent gloves under rubber gloves when working with water. : You need a doctor to examine  the bumps to determine what they are. There are many possibilities like a skin abscess or a cyst or lipoma, etc. If your doctor cannot determine what these are, , you could see a dermatologist. Once a diagnosis is made, they can be treated, if needed. Good luck!

what are some causes for small bumps with a clear liquid, like blisters, to pop up on your hands and feet? i am a diabetic, but have kept it in check with my diet. other than that these blisters come up at times and sometimes they don't.

i have clear colored bumps on my hands, feet, legs, and stomach that itch like crazy. they do not have fluid in them. they itch worse when i sweat.

She should see a doc: This sounds like it could be something called dyshydrotic eczema.  It is a type of itchy bump on the bottoms of feet, and sometimes on the palms also, very often in places left moist with sweating.  Once diagnosed, this is fairly easy to treat, so make sure you see a doc.   Until then, cortisone and an antihistamine can help with itching, keeping area clean and dry (changing socks, etc) helps too.

A form of dermatitis: There are a few different conditions that may cause such a presentation.   This could be due to an organism.  But there are a variety of causes which could be due to eczema  or a less common condition called pompholyx.  It can be challenging to diagnose in a clinical presentation, so i'm thinking the blisters should be cultured and biopsied.  Some rx's usually  include a topical steroid.

Possible infection: Do the bumps come and go? If so, then they may be hives that would respond more effectively to antihistamines like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec. If they remain in place and develop any white or black heads, then a topical antibiotic like Bacitracin or prescription bactroban applied twice daily would help.
