i keep getting mgd( lil tiny clear bubble)on surface of lower eye lid every other day, i tried warm compress, baby shampoo&omega 3 supl , eye lubricant?

Meibomian Gland Dysf: Continue the warm compress.  Try lid massage.   Use a q-tip or a warm washcloth on the tips of your fingers to rub along the lash line on the top and bottom lid only twice per day.  Also, talk to your ophthalmologist about the following treatments:
 artificial lubricants (for frequent use, nonpreserved preferred)
    topical emollient lubricant or liposomal spray
    topical azithromycin.

Blocked gland: Occasionally one of the glands on the surface of the eye will seal over and continue to secrete clear fluid which will make a bubble on the eye surface.  These are harmless, and will not affect the vision or the health of the eye.  Eventually most get big enough that they pop open (you will not feel this) and disappear.

Floaters : They are likely little spots in the back compartment of the eye ( vitreous cavity) that move with your vision as you look about, particularly if you look at something light as in the sky. There presence is part of aging. However, if you have any vision change, flashes of light, dark area in your peripheral vision, headache, double vision, then you should have an ophthalmologist examine you.

Maybe: You R describing a conjunctival cyst, which are often small &amp; asymptomatic, but can enlarge to become quite irritating, even painful, if the cornea dries out (dellen).  They are often left alone. They can disappear. You may use artificial tears to soothe, &amp; if your eyes are itchy, try Zaditor™. If your eye is irritated, have an Eye MD take a look at it &amp; help you with additional management.

Pterygium: The bulge on your sclera is probably a benign growth called a pterygium. If it is symptomatic, it can be removed by an ophthalmologist. Make an appointment with an ophthalmologist to examine the yellowish brown discoloration around your iris.

my eyes have been really itchy. if i itch my right eye too hard and much,  a clear bubble appears. now above/below eye swollen and won't go down.

Allergies: This sounds like allergies.  Rubbing makes worse.  Naphcon-A eye drops are very effective and very inexpensive and don't cause the sedation of other antihistamines.  Avoid all scented products and aerosols for now.  If these drops don't help, see a doctor.

i have a clear bubble in my rt eye, double vision in that eye, tearing and burning. i have high pressure in eye, no diagnosis or treatment?

Need OPHTHO: As described, it appears you may have at the least Glaucoma in the one eye if the "pressures" are high enough.  You definitely have some condition with all your symptoms. See an OPHTHALMOLOGIST to get properly diagnosed and treated.
