Yes: Works best if combined with l-arginine. Look up proargi-9 as a good brand. I take that myself for heart and overall vascular health. Remember - if you don't keep your heart and blood vessels healthy your penile vascular health will suffer as well - those blood vessels are about half the diameter of your coronary arteries! ed frequently preceeds an mi by 6-12 months!

L citrulline: It is stated that for general health, 3 grams a day is recommended. For improved exercise performance up to 5 grams a day is suggested. Bear in mind that unlike many supplements, respected research has been done on L citrulline and its health benefits.

Accepted Answer

Not much.: Clinically - probably not a lot.  Cetirizine is a molecule with both a left handed and a right handed form. Levo Cetirizine is the purified  left handed and active form.

Yes, but nobody...: Yes, but nobody knows if anything bad will happen from taking them. The reason is that cellfood and l-citrulline are not medications, and/or not approved by the fda for treating disorders. That means they have not been studied adequately in humans, so their side effects and safe/unsafe dosing amounts aren't really known.

Cetirizine? It can.: Yes, in some cases Zyrtec, or cetirizine as a generic, can help with bug bites. Sometimes it's not quite enough, however, and stronger antihistamines like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or topical medications like hydrocortisone are needed to help.

There is none: Citrulline is an amino acid the body can produce by itself,  so no recommended daily allowance has been established for it. There is no need for any specific amino acid supplement as long as you get the RDA of protein (0.8g protein per kg of body weight) from a variety of sources (vegetarians be sure to combine your proteins such as beans with rice, or eat cooked soy or quinoa). Note: 1kg = 2.2lb

Yes: I'm very glad you are undertaking to quit smoking. Don't expect either of the other two concoctions to affect your health or well-being either for better or worse. I have found no credible health claims for citrulline, and the ads for the other concoction include statements that any person who knows basic bioscience will recognize as obviously untrue. It's your money.

Probably: No scientific documented interactions between the two, but no documented evidence for the benefit of L-Citrulline too. If in doubt you can hold the L-Citrulline till done with the percocet. Good that you asked, need to exercise caution with multiple medicatins, best wishes
