Many variables: It depends on the cause of the cirrhosis (alcohol, hepatitis c, etc.), the degree of scarring and degree of inflammation (all on biopsy), serum Albumin concentration and if blood clotting tests are normal or abnormal. The cause of the cirrhosis and degree of synthetic function (albumin and clotting factors) are the most important variables. Have a long talk with your gastroenterologist.

Need to ask your ono: Your oncologist can help. Anemia can be caused by blood loss(which is common in patients with cirrhosis(GI blood loss due to varices).
Poor blood formation is also common(Anemia of chronic disease). Blood transfusion can help the pateint. Keep Hemoglobin near 10 Grams.
There is some treatment for Liver cancer that could be tried(the medicine is called Nexavar(Sorafenib)

Depends: albumin is low. bilirubin, platelets, INR all a lot more helpful than the other tests that you listed. Ascites can be managed easily, are there other issues like varices, encephalopathy? what is the etiology of cirrhosis, can that be reversed (HCV, for example?)
