PEP: HIV prevention?: Am i reading this question correctly?  You are on pep after a sexual exposure for HIV and you now have a rash on your hand?

A rash in response to HIV medications is not unheard of, but it seems very early in the process if you have only had one or two doses of the medication.  I want to know more.

If this is allergy make sure you are able to swallow and breathe well.

Yeast infection?: Allergy to latex is a if condom was used should be considered. But having both partners becoming allergic at the same time would be unusual. This leads to possibly a yeast infection which can affect both partners.   See your doctor if antifungal treatment does not work. Note that the use of antibiotic tends to foster fungal growth.

Dermatitis: Possible friction from sex can cause an irritation/inflammation of his skin, or he could be allergic to any lubricating gels or perfumes you may use.  He may have an underlying minor tinea cruris (jock itch) that is getting aggrevated during/after sex.  If persists, have him see a dr. To properly diagnose the area.  Good luck.

Cholinergic urticari: This is known as cholinergic urticaria arising during the cooling phase after a rise in core body temperature.  You may try taking an antihistamine about 2 hrs prior to sex or exercise in the future.  Avoid Benadryl (diphenhydramine) if you plan to have sex but the other ahs are usually ok.
