? Finpecia ?: If you mean "finpecia", it's the same Finasteride as the us product Propecia (finasteride) -- at least it probably is, since it's produced in india and is not approved for sale in the us.

If (and that's a big if) it is exactly the same as the us product, it has the same risks and benefits as propecia (finasteride). Ask your doc.

MVI (multivitamin) and biotin: I would recommend one general multivitamin daily that contains vitamin D and a biotin vitamin supplement one daily.  Biotin deficiency has been associated with hair loss.  I f you are not vitamin deficient, it may not help

Should be fine: Some controversy exists over whether a person who eats a balanced diet with lots of vegetables/fruits needs to take a vitamin. But over-the-counter vitamins are formulated to provide a generous amount of vitamins, but not excessive or toxic. Not sure it will help hair loss, but very unlikely to be harmful. Bowel cramps may be signal of mild constipation, sometimes seen with vits. Push fluids/fiber

Not enough: Full dose vitamins may help a bit. Mostly wash hair nightly, eat well proteins, reduce stress,dont blow dry hair close, or when wet.
Check the homones for testosterone, prolactin, thyroid.

Probably Not.: Probably no side effects except to your pocket. Probably has no benefits as well. Be skeptic to the promotions of these vitamins. You will get more benefits by a healthy life style of diet and excercise

Need a workup: I suspect you have telogen effluvium. Vitamins and shampoo won't touch it. You need a physician's care, and maybe a study to rule out alopecia areata, thyroid disease, seborrhea, and a few others.
