Any burn can: A cigarette burn can be a small but serious burn, especially if intentionally inflicted.  Then expect a 3rd degree burn with scar.  If some embers fall on your skin you may react reflexively quickly enough for little or no damage which wouldn't scar.

Depends: The depth of the burn determines if it will scar or not. The deeper the burn, the more likely it will scar.

Depends: It depends on how deep the burn is.  If the wound base is pink and moist, then it's most likely a 2nd degree burn.  If the wound base is white or leathery, then it's a 3rd degree burn.  Deeper injuries will produce scars.

Burns heal with scar: Burns always heal with scars, if it is visible or not. And yes, it will be able to be found.

Scarring: This may happen. See a plastic surgeon for advice on getting rid of these scars.

Why are they there?: burns on the skin really never heal 100%. I think the bigger question is who has them and why?

Time, hydroquinone: Scars mature and can continue to improve for up to a year. They are sun-sensitive and may become hyperpigmented with sun exposure. The best way to treat a scar depends on the scar. Options include silicone gel, silicone sheeting, use of filler (for spot or crater-like scars), laser therapy, hydroquinone, dermabrasion, or kenalog (triamcinolone) injection, or surgical scar revision. See your plastic surgeon.

when will (almost healed) purple (reddish) scar of cigarette burn disappear . for 2 months i have red circle that is surrounded with white circle ?

Prob 15 months: At your age, the final healing and appearance will probably not be evident until about 15 months post burn.

only in the morning, when i urinate it burns a little bit, its not painful but its bothering me. its been approximately more than two weeks, i feel well and i dont have any other symptoms. i smoke cigarettes on the daily basis and i drink alcohol?

: You probably just have concentrated urine after not voiding for several hours. Try drinking enough fluids in the evening so you waken with need to urinate. You'll likely find the morning burning is gone.

i went to urgent care four days ago with major breathing problems i'm 27 yrs old i've been smoking cigarettes since i was 13 for more than two years a i've been smoking a pack or more a day ...my chest still burns even though they gave me medicine to help

Whether you use hypnosis, yoga, transcendental meditation, behavior mod, gum, patches, pills or whatever - do something now and try to reclaim the 50 years you're robbing from yourself. Good luck !
