May be normal: The hormones in PLan B are strong (they have to be ) and therefore they can cause irregular bleeding and spotting after taking them

Ok for now: This may be your uterine lining, going thru an adjustment in thickness, from the Pill,  the lining will thin down over time, and cycle flow should decrease, as well as decreased cramps,  one or two more cycles to adjust, if problem continues, let your doctor know.

BV: Bacterial vaginosis is thought to be caused by overgrowth of bad bacteria over good bacteria in the vagina. In addition to oral antibiotics like flagyl intravaginal antibiotic suppositories are prescribed. Additional measures like taking probiotics, irrigating the vaginal with hydrogen peroxide for one week has helped patients restore good bacteria. Your gynecologist can advise you best,however.
