Cirrhosis?: I think you mean cirrhosis. Cirrhosis is scarring and fibrosis of the liver.  This is seen as the end product of a variety of illnesses. If the underlying disease is treated properlyl some cirrhosis may regress.

If not,  cirrhosis is  treated by avoiding things that irritate the liver such as alcohol and acetaminophen, being immunized against liver diseases and screening / treating complications.

Great: The benefits are many. A huge one is decreased chance of injury by overtraining one area. Depending on the routines and the end goal, there can be some carryover. You have a chance to rest the action of some muscles while training others. These will often complement each other. Less boring, so likelihood of staying with it is greater. Dynamic muscle training is far more appropriate for daily life.

Complications: Untreated, chron's disease can cause obstructions, which can lead to dehydration & death. Treated & controlled, with current regimines, it is very manageable & should not lead to any increased mortality.

Gagging: Chronic gagging is due to a hypersensitivity on the pharynx. You could try to anesthetize the area to stop the feedback loop of feeling like there is something there. You can try viscous lidocaine. Your doctor can write for it. It is 2% solution. If this does not work you can try gabapentin. You will need a prescription for this and a doctor's visit. Good luck. They can steer you in the right direction based on your age and current health. Swedish,deep tissue: There are many many different types (i would say about 40-50) of massage but the most common ones are the swedish, the deep tissue and the sports massage.
