Need evaluation: It sounds like you need an in-person visit to your doctor, especially evaluating thyroid function.  Also you need to keep a meticulous food diary for a couple of weeks, recording everything you eat or drink -- and not changing anything.  You might discover trends you didn't realize were there -- many of my patients do. A nutritionist ; trainer may help you a lot, even if you also need thyroid help.

Hyperhydrosis: Hyperhydrosis comes to mind.  Maybe even hyperthyroidism.  But it would be best evaluated by physical exam.  Have a doctors or mid level provider examine you.

Fainting/stroke: Your symptoms suggest recurrent syncope (fainting) and possible stroke.  Your history and symptoms merit a careful examination by your doctor or a cardiologist.  All risk factors need control and the cause of your symptoms determined.

MD: I don't think anyone here can help you other than strongly urging you to visit your family doc for a good evaluation. If you don't have one, go to your local urgent care. You need to be seen.  Also, please quit smoking while you are still young.

Internist: I would recommend a specialist in internal medicine. He/she will take a thorough history and full system review , perform a complete physical examination and order appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis and advise you. Simply ordering vitamins is inadequate treatment. Internists are usually diagnostic specialists and can refer to to other specialists as needed.

NO: The head sweats to dissipate heat and in response to stress or excitement.  Hydrocephalus is usually a stable condition that does not cause any problems as long as it is stable and well controlled.  Anxiety and emotional stress can occur with anyone - hydrocephalus or not.
