Likely, yes: Bigger issue is your chronic use of a very dangerous substance.  Where you live, there are abundant rehab facilities, and would strongly urge you enter a drug rehab program.  STEP 13 might be a choice.

Don't use cocaine.: Step 1. cocaine is not legal, unsafe, can cause serious injur to the sinuses, and can cause heart attacks and other injury via vasoconstriction and compromising blood flow to your organs. One of those organs is the brain. You may have suffered a small stroke. I think it wise to be checked by an MD. I'd also add that  when buying street drugs you don't know what is really in them. Visit with a doc.

Probably no damage: If snorting Cocaine was the limit of what you used as recretional drugs, and stopped 13 years ago, it is unlikely to have caused any permanent damage and would likely not show anything on echocardiogram or angiogram.  That is assuming that you have no symptoms or other heart problems from other reasons.

Many: While intoxicated, the person has dilated pupils; racing heart rate; high bp; intense stimulation with fast-paced and endless chattering and a massive burst of energy. Mood could be  euphoric or even irritable. As high wears off, could be tired, depressed, no energy.  Longer term, there could be loss of appetite and weight; miss appointments or class, etc; may keep rolled-up dollar bills around.

Do not see how: I am not thinking that there would be a significant transfer from one person to another this way, although you may want to recommend that whoever you are kissing seek treatment for their Cocaine use.  Stay safe.

Contagious????: You can't "catch" drug abuse or addiction.  However, there is an old saying that "if you lie down with dogs, you rise up with fleas."  if you are around people who are actively using drugs, this has a social influence on you, and may increase the likelihood of your ultimately using that drug.  People who go to bars see people drinking, and they are more likely to drink.

Coke user: In addition to physiological effects, interpersonal/social/educational/career aspects are affected.
