Depends: There are several medicine that are active against chlamydia.  Azithromycin is the more popular one and it last in your body 10 days that's why it can be given as a single dose treatment.  The others are less longer acting and can vary  from anywhere from 6 to 24 hours from the last dose you took.

Not reliably: Antibiotic drugs are usually prescribed to target a specific germ based on effectiveness in research studies. The first line meds to kill chlamydia are not the same as those used to treat gonorrhea. CDC recommendations when both are suspected or confirmed include 2 separate medications taken at the same time.

Under treated?: No.  Looking at your medical history it appears that you were not treated completely.  Almost all of the public health officials i know and the doctors like me treating stds would treat you for both chlamydia and gonorrhea at the same time, regardless of what the test says.  You need the shot, known as Ceftriaxone and to repeat at the same time the one gram of azithromycin.

Gonorrhea/chlamydia: The recommendation is to avoid sexual intercourse until after 7days of completing the treatment for both the patient and partner. The purpose of this is to break the transfer of the infection between the partners.

Plan:  You can use smoothie, but small amount to mix meds, not full cap. It could be pediatric approach for kids , and medicine working with this approach.

me and my partner had both got cured for chlamydia, took medicine on the 20 and had sex on the 26 are we fine? we didnt realize we were on the 7 day and not after what are the chances of us being reinfected and of course we will get retested?

: No problem and no risk, especially if you both were treated with doxycycline. If not (e.g. if either of you was treated with azithromycin), you could both be retested in a few weeks to recheck. But do not retest sooner than 3 weeks; it sometimes takes that long for the test to become negative, even in persons who have been cured.

Please don't self: Treat. Your physician/ medical provider will prescribe you appropriate antibiotics. If you have a sexual partner - that person also needs treatment. Take care.
