Abilify&head jerking: Yes it probabely is.You may need to see your psychiatrst or neurologit .You may have to stop the med and try a different one.It may be a condition called tardive dyskinesia.

Not wobbly head: Flagyl may rarely cause hot flushes but does not cause wobbly head, if it is bothering you consult your doctor.

i have oily skin/pores & brown spots like on my chin also. will sunscreen work or will it just block the sun but side effect irritate my skin ?

Sunscreen: Sunscreen will help prevent the dark spots from becoming darker due to sun exposure but doesn't have therapeutic value with regards to shrinking pores or reducing oiliness (other products are available for this).  Hypersensitivity to sunscreens is a real issue, but choosing one that is labeled for sensitive skin can possibly prevent adverse reaction.  Good luck!

is there any side effect by using the laser liposuction to ger rid of genetic double chin  because the treatements with laser are considered dangerous?

Many side effects: Namely over treatment or under treatment. Laser like any surgical instrument may be safe but it can also produce excessive scarring or thermal injury which can be undersireable in the highly visible chin area.

Another thought: With some important exceptions, like the treatment of nausea from cancer chemo, treating the side effects of one drug with another is, or should be, a last resort, to be gone to only if the first drug is the only one that works, after exhausting the full range of other candidate agents. had go nerve block for chronic migraines a week ago . feel pain has intensified since ? is this a side effect and does this mean im unlikely to get any relief from this procedure ? back of head is throbbing?

: Greater occipital nerve blocks (which I assume you had), do not work very frequently, especially if done unilaterally, and many US neurologists use this rarely, if at all.  Since arrival of the CGRP items, preventative therapy has become very achievable, but multiple approaches are now available.  Hope the procedure you had works BUT other options could be employed
