Save your money: If you are talking about igg antibodies for food allergy, save your money. Only ige antibodies correlate with true food allergy. Most people with lactose or carbohydrate intolerance do not have food allergies.

Skin or Blood: Depending on the clinical history and suspected allergen, some practitioners choose the less painful and timely method, which is a blood test looking for specific ige antibodies, also called rast testing.  Percutaneous skin tests are still the gold standard for allergy testing.  This is something which you should discuss with your physician.

how severe is an allergy with the values of 0.22 ku/l for crab and 0.15 ku/l for shrimp? i have never had a reaction,just discovered in allergy panel

History is more: Important than blood tests in asserting whether you're allergic to a certain food, also skin prick testing is more sensitive and specific than blood allergy panel, but history of positive symptoms or an allergic reaction to a certain food remains to be the important parameter, talk to your doctor or your allergist,

i am feeling abnormally tired for a quite long time (before covid period). i would like to discuss my symptoms and arrange the most suitable panel of blood tests and allergy tests to help with the diagnosis or exclusion of certain conditions.

Call doctor: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.

Allergies: Certainly follow your allergist's advice. Nasal cortisone, antihistamines and medications as prescribed. Immunotherapy (allergy desensitization injections) is certainly a logical consideration.

what can cause vomiting/ diarrhea for 15 days in a child ?  all stool test negative along with allergy tests. no appetite. mass on stomach x-ray  too.

Abdominal mass: This could be one of many things.  Although tumors are quite uncommon in children compared to adults, this is possible.  My advice would be to follow up closely with the pediatrician evaluating your baby.  It is unclear what other symptoms they have and also unclear where the mass is located and what other features it may have.

3yrs boy gets dry cough every month for 10 days, then 39c fever, phlegm, then chesty cough. flu panel neg on all occasions, rsv pos only once. allergy panel neg. chest x-ray clear. lungs always clear. what reasons for 12 upp respi infections a year?

3 yo w/ URTIs: In a 3 yo with recurrent infections would  consider  allergies, asthma,mycoplasma infection, reflux,  sinusitis ( due to environmental /food allergies  often milk) immune disorder- a variant of primary immune  deficiency,  cystic fibrosis( usually though would have abnormal  CXR),  f/u/ w/ allergist
