How much ?: Low grade fever (38 C) is a part of the natural immune response that triggers faster circulation so natural healing factors can flow to the site of illness. It can be ignored. For higher fevers a bath with cold water can actually drive the fever up while cold oral fluids brings it down. Warm water may help some, but I haven't recommended a bath in decades.

Probably a new virus: There are so many viruses - and so many strains of each virus - that it's likely she caught a new one. Depending on her age and whether she's in daycare, she could have up to dozens of colds a year; sometimes one doesn't completely clear before the next starts!

Post infection: It is not unusual to have post infection fatigue,clamminess and low body temperature after the febrile period of the infection has resolved. This post viral state can last a week or more.

Anemia: Sometimes people with low blood counts (anemia) complain of feeling cold. Other possibilities could include hypothyroidism. Feeling cold with a normal temperature is somewhat of a vague symptom. You would benefit from a full medical history and symptom review as feeling cold as a single symptom does not truly distinguish what may be the underlying cause. Hope this helps!
