Food allergy: If you ate the squash and had an immediate reaction (minutes to 2hrs) that included hives, swelling, shortness of breath, wheeze, throat tightness, vomiting or passing out then I would be concerned for a food allergy reaction. Would make an appointment with an allergist to determine what could be the culprit foods. Bring list of ingredients eaten that meal to appointment. Avoid foods until seen.

help,son 15 months old,opened whole fish oil 1000mg,wheat germ 100 mg per caps,2 caps and ingested,mouth smells fish,don't think mercury free?

Child should be ok: Fish oil caps are intended for maintenance use and if mercury content was high, it would not be safe for adults either.  About 6 oz of wild salmon will provide about 2000 mg of DHA, and it is thought that infants over 6 months can have up to 3 oz a week, so avoid further fish in your infants diet for the next few weeks to be sure.

i have ulcerative colitis. i consume 'aloe berry nectar', 'forever pomesteen power' and 'forever bee pollen' on daily basis. are they benefitial?

Mesacol: Ulcerative colitis is inflammatory bowel disease.  Unfortunately what we understand about uc is that a flare up can occur even while taking medication.  The extra supplements you are taking have not been studied and could be harmful.  If you want to try a new method look to the nih for any new trials.

Nothing wrong: There is no concern about any of the ingredients you mention.  Am not sure whether to say it is &quot;good&quot; since other unprocessed foods are probably as good.  It is an interesting combination of ingredients.  I presume you did some research before choosing them?  If you feel it helps you then there is no reason that i know of not to continue with it.

deli meats/fish are cured/ smoked and not cooked sufficiently so bacteria, particularly listeria which can harm the baby is there.Best to avoid but if using

Mmeats/fish have to be recooked to more than 165 degrees, for 10-15  minutes before eating. Wash  hands/counter , if handling  uncooked meat and package juices- has germs. F/u /w/O

We simply don't know: While I am inclined to say it is probably ok, we do not have enough information and no formal studies to say one way or another.  Demonstrating safety or hazard is much more difficult than you may realize.  That is why we always err on the side of caution during pregnancy and take things only when clearly indicated and of proven benefit.

You will be fine: Usually try not to mix alcohol with meds, but this once will be fine.

Intolerance : Reactions to foods like sneezing after eating Chinese hot mustard or indigestion after peppers are more properly called intolerance than allergy. Food "allergies" are more severe, sometimes life threatening reactions involving hives, swelling, wheezing and shock. Whatever term used, your issue with peppers is best treated by avoiding them or eating them in private where people won't notice hiccups
