Likely allergic: You are likely allergc to chicken and its allergens are usually not destroyed or changed by heat.  The best way is to avoid them.  Do you have reactions to other fowls too?

Look out for: Stomach upset and/or (out of the oridnary) diarrhea. Uncooked poultry is associated with salmonella infections (but not always). If stomach becomes distended, he gets fever or u notice red (blood) mucousy stools, seek medical help.

NO!: Fast food is never healthy to eat. McDonalds and other fast food establishments thrive on cheap, inexpensive, unhealthy food that is full of saturated fats, salts, etc. If you want to be healthy, have regular bowel movements, and not gain weight, avoid these restaurants. Instead cook a meal at home using fresh ingredients and you will notice how much better you feel.

Diarrhea: periodic episodes of diarrhea in the setting of IBS is not unusual at all. Cutting out bread is probably not the culprit. You may want to try to increase the amount of fiber in your diet. You might even consider a fiber supplement, such as Metamucil, daily. You need to increase your fluid intake with that also. If your diarrhea persists, contact your doctor. Good luck.

Whatever feels ok: The old school says white toast, bananas, applesauce and rice, but we know now that whatever sounds ok to your stomach (within reason!) is ok to take.  Broth, toast, and 1/2 strength gatorade are easy on the stomach.  Chicken pieces, artificial sweetener/sugar can cause problems, so just try a small amount and see what agrees with you.

Food Poisoning: It is probably food poisoning.if you can not retain any fluids you need to go to ER or your doctor  as there is risk of getting dehydrated

The : The diarrhea your daughter experienced could have been a result of too much fat in the food she consumed, or a possibly a contaminant in the food. If the reason is the former than i only expect the diarrhea to last only a day or two, if the cause is the latter, the diarrhea can last up to 7 days. As long as she does not develop a fever, blood in the stool, or severe abdominal pain you can wait it out. Make sure she stays hydrated, and an anti-diarrheal should be fine.
Based on the date of this post 7 days have passed; if she still has diarrhea she needs to be evaluated by her doctor.
