Nonspecific : Low back pain is very common, and usually related to muscle-spine problems that aren't dangerous. Stinging in the left chest doesn't point to a single diagnosis. Try things like stretching or yoga. Consider changing your mattress. If you're worried, see your primary care provider for a proper evaluation. Hope this helps!

Unlikely heart: Given your age and the description of the symptoms it is very unlikely related to your heart.  Much more likely either musculoskeletal, gastrointestinal, and less likely pulmonary in nature if it is worse when you take a deep breath.

Many things : You must be aware that your skin lesion can be caused by many different entities .. You need to describe the lesions or possible send a photo, is it burning , painful etc ? Any exacerbating or alleviating factors ? We need more info here ..

quit vaping days ago. noticed a chest crackling/sting alternating from my center chest and lower left ribcage.gets worse with exercise/standing (2-3/10 pain level). bp: 118/73,blood oxygen: 96% is this feeling likely an emergency or just withdrawal?

: This could represent some inflammation in your chest due to the residual vaping effects. If it continues more than 24-48 hours, or if it worsens or you become short of breath, then you should get it checked.
