: if using for acne, may want to use less often and for shorter duration of time, perhaps for only 20 mins. see dermatologist for alternate tx if necessary.

: If the pimples are gone,the leftover marks are red because there was inflammation &amp; the tissue takes between 6mo-1 year to heal completely.For pimples&amp; later To minimize the risk of scars, apply Adapalene 0.1% cream or gel every night and Cetaphil moisturizer in the morning.On top apply a Physical sunblock with Zinc Oxide. If it is itchy or too red, use hydrocortisone 1% cream once/day as needed.

: Too many causes to list here but I would Google pimples on back and chest and view images to see if u can find anything that looks like what u have. Take pictures and show to your Dr.
