Unlikely to be heart: If it hurts when you breath or you can move into a position that relieves or causes it to hurt worse or there is a specific spot that causes the pain it is very unlikely to be your heart.  Could be your lung or chest wall or even your esophagus.

EKG : Please see your provider for an examination and EKG 12 lead. In your age group, cardiac conditions are less common, but should be considered. More often the chest wall muscles are inflamed, especially if you have been lifting and exercising. If this is the case, apply local heat and take Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. If there is associated shortness of breath, cough, fever, please rule out COVID
