Start: Start with your primary care provider to have an evaluation as there are a number of things that can cause the symptoms that you are having as you need a basic workup such as checking electrolytes, thyroid etc to make certain that nothing major is occuring.

Chest pain ; weak?: These symptoms call for urgent medical evaluation.  With weakness, chest pain, and inability to concentrate, i would go to an er.

Iron Defic Anemia: You may be bleeding with an ulcer. Your numbers suggest an Iron Deficiency. When Iron is not being absorbed it is often because Acid is inadequate. When acid is too much it may imply blood loss. You should  see your doctor and have your stool tested for blood.  Chest pain is another Problem, but could be due to acid condition and reflux (GERD) into esophagus. .

Get it checked out: Chest and left arm pain should always be taken seriously.  Given your young age coronary issues are unlikely, but other things (like pericarditis, myocarditis, hypertension) need to be ruled out.  It could be musculoskeletal (likely if related  to certain movements or reproducible). Pulmonary or pleuritic causes should be considered (especially if short of breat or pain on inspiration). i was diagnosed with fnd and was told that stress causes my symptomes. now i have had chest pain and weakness for 2 months but did not see a dr because i thaught it is just the fnd but my dr let me know of elevated levels of enzymes, what can this be?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Get it checked out: Intermittent chest pain while working out in a 19 yr old is unlikely to be a heart attack. However other heart issues could be of concern. Having left sided weakness raises a flag as well. You need to get this checked out asap!
