See a doctor: If I was seeing you in a clinical setting, I would first be asking you many questions to make sure that you were not someone who was highly likely to be having a heart or lung issue.  Even if unlikely, I would STILL be likely to obtain an EKG.  If you passed the first screening questions and EKG was normal, most likely explanation for your problem is mucus congestion.  Also consider GERD, allergy

Good : Good evening. You sound like you are feeling really miserable.  Although this could be a virus, you might also have pneumonia.  The chest pain and wheezing are of concern as you may not be exchanging air as well.  You also have a cough - don't know if it is productive of sputum or not.  Because of the respiratory issues, it would be prudent to take a trip to the er. Take care.

Many causes: Could still have coronary artery disease depending on the pattern although not typical. You describe a now constant pain with a normal stress test in patient with lupus- would definitely consider pericarditis (not unusual in lupus).   Also can consider noncardiac etiologies- musculoskeletal cauuses such as costochondritis, or GI causes such as  esophagitis, gastritis, peptic ulcer, etc.

hiv rna taken at 25 days and hiv 4th gen taken at 60 days came negative. started having fever at 80th day and it's been a week now and still having fever,runny nose, headache, chest pain, chills and cold. is it a concern? any further testing required

Influenza: Those HIV tests are conclusive and prove you don't have HIV. It sounds like you caught a bad cold or perhaps influenza. For sure HIV is not the cause and you should not have any more HIV tests. See a doctor if you remain concerned.

Wt loss fevers 41F: Ovarian CA would be one cause but fever makes it unlikely. There are hundreds of things that can cause what you describe. Your own Dr is best to talk with about this. Ask about infections, lymphoma, lupus, pyelonephritis to name a few.  Don’t delay.

See doc soon.: Sounds like you are fairly ill.  Could be a variety of things.  Considering the time of year influenza is a distinct possibility. In any case shortness of breath / confusion and difficulty urinating in a 25 year old male needs a really good explanation.

Pneumonia: Cough, fever and pain can describe multiple illnesses, including pneumonia (disease within the lung) and pleurisy (diseases within the chest but not lung). A visit to your regular physician or an emergency room is in order. These illnesses can be serious and early diagnosis is best.
