Multiple symptoms: Chest pain calf pain, when you are taking birth control pills- general suspicion is a DVT or pulmonary embolism. Hence it is best to see your doctor right away.

Perhaps ulnar nerve: The anatomy suggests a problem affecting the left ulnar nerve, and the chest pain could represent a site of compression over lateral pectorals minor muscle, or even a problem in lower brachial plexus such as thoracic outlet syndrome.  An EMG test might confirm.  Reassured that your docs are looking at heart issues, as this is another possibility.

Cervical: radiculopaty ? Thoracic outlet syndrome ? You might possess pinching of nerve in neck, so called cervical radiculopathy, and if arm is raised, you might feel less symptoms. Or, you could have thoracic outlet syndrome, and if arm is elevated, you will have more intense symptoms. See an orthopedic surgeon.

Could be: It also could be other things and  while you don't say L or R and you're female and fairly young, it could even be related to your heart. So, call your Dr - describe this carefully and see what they advise. If there was some incident that would cause a pinched nerve, mention it in your detailed description of the problems. If other or worse symptoms develop, go to an ER. Best!

Chicken vs Egg: Those symptoms come together as a form of anxiety. But it has to be determined what caused what: your heart started beating rapidly for some reason and you noticed it and started freaking-out, breathing so hard that your fingers tingle (really).-OR- for some reason you became anxious about something, breathing hard and your heart started racing. You might want to get checked out for them...

Chest pains!!!: Regardless, could be only muscle pain. However, pain in your chest with the symptoms you have described  is a serious medical condition. It is always a red flag and appointment with your pcp is warranted.

SEE MD TODAY: This could be angina, chest pain and referred pain to the left shoulder/left scapular area and sensations traveling down left arm. If this is the case, symptoms indicate insufficient blood flow in your heart.  Call your doctor today. 
It could be something else(panic attacks +\- gastric reflux), but acute heart disease must be ruled out. Consider:go to er next episode for ekg, exam, labwork.

Anxiety: This could be symptoms of a panic attack. Try breathing into a brown paper bag for 5 minutes. Symptoms should resolve spontaneously.
