Pain on breathing: Follow up today, as soon as possible  in ER. Could be asthma  or pneumonia, gallbladder or pleuradynia but could also be clot in llung. Breathing is critical  so go to an ER now.

They are thin and can be strained by overuse and result in stiffness or tightness in the rib areas, the other option is pectoralis strain at the sternal borders which can pull across the breast area. But we cannot assume that heart and lungs are not involved without evaluating them as well.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
