Chest pressure: Any chest pressure however benign you may think, needs a cardiac work up in the er, ekg, blood tests etc. Please call 911 or have someone drive you to er.
It could simply be gerd and go away after eating antacids.

Yes: Acid reflux and esophageal muscle contraction both trigger sensory nerves and produce chest discomfort.  It can be exacerbated by eating and lying flat at night.

ILD: Sounds like interstitial lung disease with restrictive physiology. Have you had a chest xray and complete pulmonary function testing?

About GE reflux...: Gastroesophageal reflux disease is when the stomach contents comes back up into the esophagus too often, or in too large of an amount, with or without feeling symptoms such as heartburn. A person with GERD should avoid vinegar and other acidic foods or liquids like juice or soda. Her doctor can examine and treat with lifestyle improvements, plus acid blockers and antacids to decrease acidity.

Go to ER now!: Call an ambulance and go to er these are signs of a heart attack and should be evaluated immediately.  Do not drive!  call an ambulance!  this could be something simple and less dangerous but you should not take a chance with those symptoms.

Multiple Causes: The cause of the symptoms you describe should always direct you to see your physician to be examined but can range from relatively benign to physically serious causes. Serious causes could be heart blood vessel or valve problems; lung blood vessel blocking; exercise at altitude if lung or heart disease is present. A very common,  physically benign cause in young adults is a panic attack or anxiety.

Medical emergency: Astma is considered a medical emergency. There is no room for being hard headed. SOMETIMES caffeine can help. Also if you can get an antihistamine or allergy pills that may help as well. You should insist to see a health professional for a prescription
