If you want to listen to the BP sounds contact Sharedcareresearch@mac.com and ask about their video and  ZOOM training at home.  Listening is cheaper and more accurate. Avoid YouTube ones as none are correct in my experience. Discuss with ur team.

Habit: We need to eat, and drink water, and breathe.  Feeling one must chew ice or some other nonessential behavior means it may have risen to a habit or even a compulsion.  Compulsions usually interfer with activities and tend to produce a lot of anxiety if they are nto performed.  Clincial psychologists can help with habits and compulsions with cognitive behavioral techniques.

Ring on butt cheek: Without looking at it it is hard to say. If it is flaky it may be a fungal infection. You do need to see a dermatologist how to make a diagnosis.

You try to: Fertility has some basic milestones. A male can have his ejaculate tested for sperm amount/quality. A female can have regular menses after puberty. There are also invasive x-ray studies that can prove the tubes are open but this would never be done before a fertility problem is encountered. Even people with normal parts can have difficulty achieving a healthy pregnancy. You try it to see.

Depends: The most consistent/accurate readings are obtained from an anal probe (core temperature). Many newer products read temperature from the middle ear or skin &amp; if done right these can be accurate. Axillary  temperatures (armpit) can be accurate but are more prone to inconsistency. I believe there are Utube videos showing techniques.
