Lack of access: Tumor cells are microscopic and not accessible for direct injection as these cells are scattered all over the body. If the tumor cell has a specific marker that can be targeted, then it is some times feasible as in the case of the new CAR T treatment.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Many different drugs: There are over 100 different drugs under the name of chemotherapy. Each one is different, and different drugs are used for treating different cancers. Most of these drugs contain different chemicals in them.

i've got severe endometriosis that doesn't get any better through either surgery or gnrh analogues. is chemotherapy an option to kill the tissue?

Endometriosis : I am sorry you are in pain. Unfortunately there is no chemotherapy for endometriosis. However, usually endometriosis surgery or gnrh analogues provide relief for at least short time. I would make sure there is no other cause of your pain in addition to emosis. The only way to get rid of endometriosis is hysterectomy. Pregnancy also will make the symptoms less at least for the 9 mo but often longer

Absolutely not: Chemotherapy can have severe short and long-term sides effects and complications but rarely kills patients as untreated cancers do.  Many tumors are very responsive to chemotherapy and the side effects are worth the benefits.

It doesnt: Chemo works by inhibiting/killing cells which grow faster than normal cells. There are side effects because normal cells divide as a normal function, so yes, normal cells are affected too. The trick is to give enough to kill the bad cells, and not so much that the side effects are intolerable.

Cure is our goal...: Some people can be completely cured of their cancer using chemotherapy, while others eventually relapse and their cancer comes back. Our goal with chemotherapy is to rid the body of all cancer cells, but sometimes this doesn't work. We are not that good at predicting upfront who will be cured and who will relapse, so that is why we try and see what happens. This is an area of intense research.

Be prepared: Advancing lymphoma that is not responsive to treatment usually means a relatively short life span remains, so it is best to prepare and enjoy the present with your loved one. Occasionally, clinical trials of newer drugs may be available for people who have failed conventional treatments, but these are "last ditch" attempts and may not increase survival much, but do help us to learn for future pts.

It should.: Chemo and radiation are supposed to do what surgery may not be able to, and that is kill the remaining cancer cells/tissue in the body.  Taking levels of CEA (carcinoembryonic antigen) can be used to check for recurrence of the cancer.  Radiologic exam, blood count, colonoscopy every 1 to 3 years, and liver tests can also be used to check for recurrence.

Yes: Chemotherapy can cause lowering of the white blood cell count and place an individual at an increased risk of getting an infection. If that happens the infection could run rampant and cause death. This scenario is often called neutropenic sepsis. It can occur approximately 10% of the time and death can occur about 10% of the time (1% overall).
